Depends what I am doing, generally after I use the toilet or before I am going to eat. I don't work with my hands particularly though so I don't get them especially dirty from manual labor.
If taking a shower in the morning counts as a handwashing, then 3 to 4. Otherwise, 2 or 3. Shower, before cooking dinner, after going to the bathroom (usually only twice a day, and the first time is before my shower).
Never really took count. But I wash my hands after I've been out running errands/in public places, after flushing the toilet, etc...so maybe 5-8 times a day on average? Not sure if that's even close to accurate tho.
Depends. Probably around ten. I work outside, and don't mind dirty hands, but I hate sticky crap on my hands. I keep baby wipes in the truck primarily to clean my hands after eating an orange or something. I'll eat with dirty hands, then cleanup after eating my orange :^D
