Me: twice a day - at night before bed and in the morning (after breakfast if I eat it).

Wife: about 10 times a day. It is rediculous how much she brushes - and everyone makes fun of her. She'll brush before every meal since she thinks the plaque will affect the taste of the food (I don't taste 2 hour old plaque, but the 5 minute old minty toothpaste makes a significant alteration to the food taste in my opinion - so I don't understand her logic). Then she'll brush after every meal to avoid bad breath. She also brushes in the morning, at night, and before every lesson (she teaches dance).

If we both buy toothbrushes with that blue line that disappears over use, my blue line will last 3-4 months and hers lasts 3-4 weeks.

must be fun kissing that one eh? 😉 :lips: 😛

Does she have to brush afterwards??? 😉

I can't believe there are so many people that brush only once a day. :disgust:
What about all the junk you eat throughout the day? -- for those that only brush once in the morning ...

my gf is just like that. I brush in the morning and floss and usually alawys brush real quick with tooth brushes I took from the orthadontist(sp?) I have like 30 or left(the ones with cleaner already on them)

they really come in handy

I love living next to a dentist!🙂

O yes I floss at night too and usually a quick scrub. Have one in the shower also.

lately once a day... kinda sad. I usually floss and use mouthwash twice a day though... but for some reason it is too much effort to use that sonicare twice a day. 😉
