Herpes can be blood tested as well.

However, it is definitely worth pointing out that there is no test for HPV in men, so you won't know you have it unless you get warts. A condom does not prevent contraction, and anywhere from 50-80% of women will contract it during their lifetime.

Basically, if you have had sex, it's a very good chance (more than 50%) that you have an STD and just don't know it.
