I've filters on both of my 15" & 17"

i have it on mine. i find it helps with eye strain etc. but i have no idea if it does anything about the radiation(it says it's supposed to though)

on all SM monitors i previously owned, having a filter on seemed to improve the saturation due to glare reduction. that is one thing i like about this trinitron monitor of mine, looks impeccable without a damn filter that goes for $100! well, my just my 2 cents anyway...
