My current dorm room is a 10'x10' bedroom attached to a suite with one other single room. I'm moving into a 5 bedroom apartment with some friends and that place is 2800sqft.

well, we stay in a smallish condo, it's almost 1500sq feet... low electric bill, great internet provided by complex, it's just wired for ethernet in every room, and for 30 bucks a month they rent you a "gateway" which is some sort of device that plugs into the built in RJ45 jacks, and then has an RJ45 output to connect to your machine(s), it acts as a router as well, so all you'd need to share internet is a switch or hub....speeds range from 250KB/s during peak hours, to over 600KB/s when i guess i have the line to myself or near myself.... and the best part! it's symetrical... (it's a gated community of condos/townhouses... we also own a rent property which is much larger, its in gated community as well, with a country club, golf course, tennis courts, beaches, all that good stuff, the place rents for $1500 a month, and is 2700sq foot, we lived there until about a month ago, and decided we didnt need that much house for our 3, soon to be 4 person family just yet, and the money would be better right now.
