Not much else to say, I am taking advantage of the great job market. I am in the process of expanding my gains by another 20% by the end of this year.

Information Technology, figure if I can do what I have done during some of the worst years, the future looks bright.
btw the industry as a whole has a huge glut of qualified people. Yeah some people claim to be in IT but cant figure out how to turn on a computer. The shakeup between late 2000 and 2003 has got rid of a lot of the self proclaimed IT people. The market as a whole looks pretty promising.
Thats AMAZING. You are the ONLY PERSON I have heard claim they got a 30 percent increase since 2003!! Especially in IT where many companies are laying off workers and outsourcing.Originally posted by: Genx87

And you expect a 20 percent increase this year!
You must be really great at what you do.
Now we know why you support the Bushies so much. You are one of the 5 percent of people who are doing better under Bushes plan.

They are outsourcing code monkeys for the most part and most of the inplosion of the market happened in 2000-03 and the people who were left with their wank in the air were unqualified.
This country has a big demand for qualified IT, tech, and high end positions.
And yes if everything goes right 20% will be a low ball figure for an increase in personal wages earned this year.
Bush has little to do with how much my income has increased in the past 3 years. The job market is tight so I am using it to my advantage, as anybody who is qualified for their job should.

Its quite the paradox. When the economy is doing bad, no one wants to take responsibility. When its doing good, everyone wants their credit. The truth is, no one knows why the economy is the way it is. If they did, we'd never have a recession.Originally posted by: Red Dawn

But I thought his tax cuts were supposed to help middle-class people like me.Originally posted by: ntdz

But you will NEVER admit that its the result of dangerously large and unsustainable deficit spending.Originally posted by: ntdz

Yeah  Tell that to the IRS that took close to $7K in federal taxes alone.Originally posted by: ntdz
They do, they help every single person who pays income taxes. If you don't make enough to pay income taxes, then how can your taxes be cut? Hmmm...Originally posted by: her209
