My current systems are prebuilt, but thats because I got a great deal on them. All the other systems I've had in the past were homebuilt

my first computer i built was a Cyrix PR200 or something like that. running on a pc chips mobo.. :p it's not being used right now, but last i remember it was running fine..

I've been building PCs since about '96. The last machine I bought was a Pentium 60Mhz with 8Mb of RAM!

Just finished today: Aluminum drive bezels

To be finished this weekend: Case, drive LED's. Power from motherboard too weak, so bringing in 12 volts from PS to power super brites.

To be finished during spring break. Custom case window with 1 12" cold cathode and 1 4" cold cathode. 92mm blow hole on left panel.

EDIT: Hey Aphex, how much can you get the Radeon 8500 for?
