I dunno... I don't think that guys should wear anything on their ankles... it just doesn't seem right - our norms just point towards GAYNESS!

I mean... I dunno, it's just more of a girl thing than anything else to me

It's not gay. Once again, most gay guys (at least the ones I know) look more like NFL players than any &quot;gay&quot; stereotype. That said, I do find the anklet and Birkie look to be somewhat unattractive... :disgust:

if anyone thinks wearing an anklet means your gay...well then they have some serious issues with their own sexuality IMO. i don't wear one (most jewelry, except rings and maybe a necklace is annoying to me), but if i see anyone with one, i'm not going to think they're gay automatically

Seriously, some folks look, talk, and act Gay. Whether or not they actually are, I don't care. Accept it, there is a society stereotype, and yes, some things make you appear gay. It's not just a single thing--it depends on context.

EX: Some folks can wear 2 earings and get away with it, while others... GAY.

I also agree that just because you look gay doesn't mean you are. If you don't like the fact that there is a stereotype, dress gay, and go out shouting &quot;I am not gay&quot;. That should help.

Does it really matter if a particular person has something around there ankle??? Does the ankle strap on sandals mean they have girlie feet that can't hold up to regular flops??? Is it earth shattering if a guy wears an anklet or, heaven forbid, a toe ring?? Does an earring mean your gay?? SOme people think so (read: the South) If an earring means your gay, than a guy having ANY piercing means you're flaming right??
