I don't like the guy with no skin, it's ugly, weird, bland.. the whole thing is bland in fact. But if you like it great. I would go with 1 because when the guy is on the right it looks like he's pulling something, and it looks like hard work. On the left he looks like he's sprinting.

Very odd name btw, what is it? A gym/physiotherapy sort of hybrid?

Chiropractic/physical therapy clinic

can't see most of the images atm but you need to make sure your logo works in black and white unless there's a separate one for print

#4....Sport, Spine, and Rehab tells people what your business does, making it easier to identify whether I need your services. Having those words larger will help much more than pushing your brand. I see brands all the time, I don't even pay attention to them anymore.

I think I've arrived at a conclusion...

Are you sticking with the colour scheme? I personally would favour more bold colours. I would certainly make the integrated black.

I find the hole design dull, bland and uninspired, boring in one word. Bolder colors would help but personally I would start from scratch.

No offense meant to the OP.

^^I disagree. It's a therapy/rehab place, the colours should be soothing and therapeutic. Strong, bold colours would seem inappropriate and harsh, in my opinion anyway.
