Poll: HELP about new mother board and new processor

Hello, I currently have a Athlon 800 slot processor and a ASUS K7M mother board with VIA chipset... I am having alot of problems and I am just going to junk it and go with a new chip and mother board... I was hoping to go with something that still uses my 133 sdram (512- 3 peices) and something that has pretty good pci slots. and a agp for my ATI all in wonder radion. Can someone help me with a new board and a new processor email me at pdconner@home.com and let me know... I was told by asus to go with a A7V-e but I loose one slot for ram. does that matter or should I look for a differnent board.. please someone help me ASAP
