I've tried it. If someone gave me one of those keyboards I guess I would use it. But I am too used to a standard keyboard, so I wouldn't buy one to replace my very own Dell Quietkey keyboard.

Tried it and like it. I can't type so it's not like I'm any faster but I got one because it was on sale. :)

I actually type slower on that thing, I can average 100wpm on regular keyboard and 80wpm on Natural keyboard.

Reason: I don't use the "official fingers" for every key, I tend to use whichever finger is most comfortable.(i.e. I type 'B' with my left index finger rather then my right, and it takes a while for me to reach over)

I think people should use one to learn to type, it actually helps to "define hands." Of course nothing MS would like better than for the natural keyboard to become the defacto standard for typing classes.

I picked my OEM keyboard up for $20 at a comp show, really think I want the Pro, since the direction keys have a crappy layout on the regular model.

I love mine. I actually have major problems with "overtyping" on non-natural keyboards now. :p

I want to get one of those "divoted" keyboards sometime (with the concave "bowls") and see if they're worth the price like this

It's great. But now I can't type on standard keyboards...I make a lot of errors.

BTW, I've used the actual Microsoft prototype of the original natural keyboard and that thing rocked more than anything out on the market now. The feel was just a lot better and it was as sturdy as a brick.

Tried it, but didn't like it. I too do not use the "official" fingers for the keys. I like the idea though. If i were just starting to type I would have probably tried out and stuck with the more ergonomic design.

its strange, it was hard at first to use natural. Now i have natural at home and standard at work. I don't even notice which one im using any more. Its a learned trait i guess.

Real pain at first, work great. Once you switch to natural, you won't lose any of your standard keyboard skills

I've been using one for 3 years now. I love the overspaced "space" and "alt" keys :)

Great for gaming. Only problem is the break in the "function" keys :(

I love mine (I use an Elite at work and a Pro at home), though they take some getting used to. I would actually be ambivalent about Pro vs. Elite (I always use WASD for gaming, so the cursor-key layout is largely irrelevant to me, and I think the Elite arguably has a nicer keypress feel), but I constantly use the Windows volume controls on the Pro. I have first-gen Klipsch Promedias and the volume knob is a bit scratchy, so it is nice to just use the buttons.

I like mine a lot, glad I have it. Fortunately I can still type on "regular" keyboards too. :)

I have a 5 year old NuFORM ergonomic keyboard that I got for $0.01 when I bought a 1.6 gig Maxtor hard drive... I love that keyboard. Unfortunately here at work I have a POS Gateway keyboard, an HP monitor, & a Dell PC. Go figure.

I liked the keyboard, but do a fair amount of mobile comuputing and found it difficult to go from the Natural to the standard KB, so I got rid of the natural and now use the logitech wireless stuff at home and at work.
