I've had a burner for the past 4 years and I've never purchased a CD-RW disc.

I use a few as data backups for new drivers, documents, and other stuff I download. I also use cd-rw's to store a C: image file that I create using Drive Image.

I tried to when I got my first burner a few years ago and got a buffer under run. I don't think I ever bought another one.

CD-RW is great.

I've rewritten hundreds... Mainly video discs (where the initial quality is not very good), but also MP3 discs for my portable players and the like. I get tired of a disc, I wipe it and put some new stuff on. Why waste media? :D
