Poll: Have you ever been to a LAN party?

Seems like a cool thing... I've never been to one... the closest one to here I could find at lanparty.com is in febuary and in Framingham, MA.

Also, how old are you? I'd need to get a ride... prolly couldn't walk there while carrying my computer... jk

I am registered at LanDatabase already, but there is no one within 7 miles of Braintree, MA. Shoot me a PM if you live near here. I have run into a couple o' people that live near me on this board but I think they are a bit older than I.

Grammar question: did I correctly use "I" at the end of that last sentence? I had a strong urge to put "me" there...

LAN parties are a blast and a half. I went to one 2 years ago with around 150 people... and it was FUN!!!!!!

Too bad none of my friends around here are nerdy enough to go with me anymore... and I'm not the kinda guy that just shows up somewhere like that lone. Too bad, too.. since I live in Dallas..

UberFest99 Baby!!!!! A kick ass LAN Party held down in Atlanta by Kiln, HAL9000, and another guy whos nick i forget at the moment. around 200+ people in the room and loving it. 3 days of pure LAN Carnage and damn did it rule.
