Yes, a couple times.

The first time I actually had an STD...turned out it was chlamydia (cleared up by a couple weeks worth of antibiotics). The testing was...ahem, most unpleasant. I don't recommend it to anyone. I also had an AIDs test prior to getting married...it was part of the blood test thing they apparently don't do anymore.
