POLL: Have you ever abused the return policy at Fry's?

a better question:

have you ever been abused by the return policy at Fry's?

Standing in line for an hour because the unmotivated, bitter workers have to open every closed box return they get should be considered customer abuse.

An even better question:

Have you ever tried Fry's online "support" (fryssupport.net) and got a reply?

I made the mistake of getting an ECS motherboard from frys through a friend (no frys actually near me) and the onboard raid will not work properly. Neither frys nor ecs will respond to me...

You should add this to the poll

You can also get abused by purchasing something that has been previously returned from Fry's. I always avoid packages with those stickers.

How does one abuse the return policy?
return something not bought there most likely.
I've never done that. What I meant was, buy something, use it for near 30 days, and then return it for a full refund.
