POLL: Have those trick Flash pages scarred you for life?

I just got a Flash Christmas card in an email from my Dad (I swear that link is not a trick). The whole time I was watching it I was waiting for the loud scream and Exorcist girl to zoom at me. I am f'd for life 🙁

Now how about those absolutely freakin' hole puckering ones that leave you horrified and ripping your computers power cord from the wall!? I remember one, which played eary music in the background while words scrolled on the page, then there were some images you were presented to figure out, then there was a mind screwing series of flash images and BAMM!! Shudder...

That the one that was playing the Cradle of Filth song backwards or whatever?
The cradle of filth one cost me a ms optical explorer......i converted it into a wireless

I've never seen it. :Q I stay away from pages with flash though, deep down they are unsettling to me.
