I ask because I am on my first paid month of GameFly and after a one month trial, they already "lost" one of my returned games.

After picking up an XBox 360 this past Christmas and seeing how some games were woth the 50+ price and others weren't worth the tax I paid for them, my friend suggested that I try renting games Juno. Sadly, GF is no Netflix :(

I use Gamerang. After 12-15 seamless transactions, Halo 3 never made it back to them. I ended up having to file a report with the USPS, but other than them taking my info, nothing ever came of it. It took about 2 weeks for Gamerang to take it off my "things out" list.

I never had any problems with Gamefly other than the 7-10 day delivery time they had. They apparently have new warehouses but i haven't seen a lick of evidence as for things improving.

Netflix has me spoiled. Return movie monday, get replacement movie wednesday. With 3 out at a time i pretty much have a full on movie rotation and its been this way for 5+ years without a single lost movie.

I've had gamefly for about 2 years and they have lost at least 1 game i sent back, MAYBE 2. I can't remember.

There were 2-3 cases where they didn't receive my game within 2 weeks and I filed a lost game claim, and they sent the next game on my list. Those 2-3 games were eventually received, though.
