2nd amendment 'nuff said.

As for capital punishment, for rapists and murderers, it is definitely the only solution, we must be certain that they NEVER do it again, and life without the possibility of paroll is absurdly costly and has the same affect as death.
Life in jail costs less than death penalty... and it gives people a chance to reform or find God or whatever.
The financial angle of capital punishment almost always comes up but you have to ask yourself: is it appropriate to discuss money issues when deciding whether a person lives or dies? It should be a judicial matter, not a financial one. Idealistically, of course.

As an owner of multiple firearms, I strongly support gun rights. I also support the death penalty, but I think the process could be improved.

I support gun rights but oppose capital punishment. The reason I oppose capital punishment is because the system is flawed. Race and income are directly related to capital punishment. There are far too many people convicted WRONGLY and sentenced to death who are COMPLETELY INNOCENT. What kind of society would accept that?

Until we can be 100% sure that the person is guilty of the crime, and that income and race had nothing to do with the severity of their punishment, I oppose the death penalty.
