GT is good no question, but (Americanized) Chinesse food is a roller coaster from place to place

Luckily for me, just up the street from my house a new restaurant opened: "No. 1 Chinesse Restuarant"
You can't argue with that... THEY ARE NUMBER 1!!!
(and they are DAMNED good... and yes Americanized but not in the Wongs Wok/Panda Bear way).
