Poll: Geforce 2 Ultra on Win2K playing Deus Ex

I recently got a Elsa Gladiac Ultra (Geforce 2 Ultra) video card and I've been running Win2k for a while now. I'm using the Nvidia 6.50 drivers and when I play Deus Ex the game flashes, I mean the whole screen flashes or flickers, I get this problem in the No One Lives Forever demo too, but not on any other game. Only those too. Does anyone know about this problem and what do you guys think are the best driver version for Win2k? I'm not afraid to use leaked drivers.
