Don't you hate it when the teacher puts you in alphabetical order seating chart? I mean, its okay for the first 2 weeks, but if they keep that seating chart for a whole semester, it gives me the impression that they're lazy to find out what our real names are. I told my teacher this and he gave me a 1 hour detention, it wasn't really detention, I just used his computer, all it had was the default "games" from the windows CD.

The only thing I've had a teacher do that was close to that was make us all sit in designated seats, always promising that she'd let us sit wherever we wished in a week. Well, we eventually all decided to all sit out of place and she got really upset and started crying about how nobody respected her...I don't think anybody got an A in that class.:frown:

Buddha Fart, if you got no input, please don't reply, thanks, hope you understand man. ;) Besides, the post makes it easier to see the 'small' percentage of the kids that voted.

I had one class in high school (Algebra II I think) that didn't have enough desks, so the people at the end of the alphabet got to sit at a table in the corner of the room. Needless to say, we didn't learn too much sittin over there talking the whole time.

And what, those weren't group tests? Oh, my bad ;)

Heh, you know you were looking at pr0n. Assigned seating is alright in high school. It allows you to talk to people you wouldn't ordinarily talk to. Meet some new people or something. Oh, I'm in college, I just sit next to the girls.
