If there was no vegetables around and no other real source of food, I would bet I'd do it to survive.

How 'bout you? What if there was no grass, trees, bushes, flowers or any vegetation near you? What would you do?

My sister is a vegetarian, I now eat more meat because vegatarians will eat out the world's supply of vegetables for cows and chickens -- so I have to eat more cows and chickens in order to balance out all the vegetarians around. Its only fair, no?

I think nearly everyone would cannibalize a dead body rather than starve to death.

Some sort of deep primal instinct to survive would make it highly probable.

Are we talking like, eating a live person, or after one person in the party has died?

If there were more than one person on the island, and you were all alive.....then what? someone sacrifice themself for the good of the group?
