I like "fingered" or "gave them the finger"

like, "I just gave your mom the finger"]

or, "I just fingered your mom."
 
to flick, is when you take your thump and pointer (or middle) finger, create an O with them then walk up to someone and place a little extra pressure with your pointer (or middle) finger. This causes the finger to 'flick' the other person and is often accompanied by a 'flicking' sound.
