You have a point there. But Fisk! is in bold and has an "!" after the end of it.

Flan is cool because it's italicized. As in..."flan".

You can also say it with a goofy Spanish accent.
 
i love flan if the cook knows how to make it the right way. I have some really awesome flan and some really nasty flan. custards are not easy.
