Tool is an absolutely incredible band. Filter is a pretty good, TITLE OF RECORD was awesome too, i think i actually wore out the cd from listening so much.

Yeah, I really can't understand it. Even from my perspective of neither being my favorite band, or even close to my favorite band, and taking into account that I've seen Filter live (they sucked) and not Tool...I like Tool better.
