Kewl, I thought I was the only one who mixes in ketchup in the mayo. Whenever I go to a Wendy's, I'll ask for one of those little tubs of mayo, squeeze 2 packs of ketchup in there, and my fries are in heaven. It tastes kinda like Russian dressing. Yum!

Chili is good, but, I don't think of that as a condiment. Also good with baked beans, but, same reason it's not a condiment.

Vinegar... I guess that would be a fish 'n chips person's option.

Dang, I missed Sweet and Sour Sauce, that's a good one. Good with BK and McD's fires. Also McD's Hot Mustard is awesome.

I like usually Sweat and sour Sauce or a nice bbq sauce. Plain old ketchup with fries sucks.
