so doesn't that mean in the poll, he should have voted "advantage: team a"? is my poll confusing, or my thread?
 
The trade basically boils down to Ricky Williams for Dunn and Bledsoe since the other players involved are pretty much waiver wire material. Really hard to say, but usual convention is the team that gets the best player usually wins any trade. So, I'd say advantage team B in that trade for getting a premier running back for an above average running back and quarterback.

yes, it's really confusing, b/c I voted for "team B" b/c they have the better team. However, after the trade, "team A" would have the advantage.
 
Team A just wants ricky... everyone else is just filler (as xenon stated). however, Team B is getting a starting QB (bledsoe replaced maddox) and WR/RB (gardner replaces thomas). dunn will replace williams... which is a downgrade, but dunn should still put up decent numbers. so xenon was close... basically this is a trade of

williams for bledsoe, gardner, & dunn

Hmm...maybe. I guess I'm underestimating the value of Gardner, especially with the emergence of Patrick Ramsey. How many teams are in your league? How many slots?

so, it's basically: ricky williams for gardner/dunn/bledsoe

seems lopsided, but based on the starting rosters, I can see why Team B would trade all those players for williams...his team is pretty deep, so he's trading his bench players for a star player.
 
In all trades....you have to give something to get something. So if it is worth giving up 3 players for 1 then who cares what anyone on the outside thinks?
 
i think its a fair trade. however, i just wasn't sure how the rest of the league would react... since it's ricky williams on the trading block. i was just wondering if there would be league wide outrage... thus causing my trade to be veto'ed. hopefully it won't 😀
