Some background: she moved out in March, divorce was final in may. She took me for 10s of thousands of $$, and untold damage to the kids, etc.

So I'm doing some work out in the shop today, and her bikes & skis are still hanging on the wall, her old POS moped is taking up floor space, an english saddle & some bridles. And I'm asking myself WTH am I providing free storage for her? It's not super valuable stuff ... maybe get $250 for the whole lot at a flea market on a good day.

Whadya think?

 
Divorce is final, papers are signed? Well...I'm no lawyer, so I say sell the damn stuff.
 
If you wanted to go through the trouble of selling it, go ahead...if it were me, I'd just put the stuff on the curb and let the locals have their pick. Should be gone by morning.
 
Don't open yourself up to further legal action and aggravation...send her a certified letter demanding that she remove it in 30 days. If she doesn't comply, I'm pretty sure you can legally sell it at that point.
 
Give her 30 days notice to get her sh|t out of my shop. We might see u on peoples court if you just throw it out and she lies and says you damaged something 😉
 
combine the first three options
1. Call her up and tell her the stuff is in the driveway. Pick it up any time
2. Give her 30 days notice to get her sh|t out of my shop.
3. Sell it. Have a beer on her.

The kids would be out of site of anything potentially unpleasant. Unless she drags them into it.
 
sell it. $250 may not be much to you. But's still extra money in your pocket. Use it to buy something nice for you or your kids...
