Yep. .22, 12-guage, and a 30-06. Never fired a handgun, I wouldn't mind trying that.

There's simply not very many guns here, don't know what to say. *shrug*

Yes. Can't remember what they all were though. Wanting to get one for myself now though. Shooting is a good stress releiver.

when i was a kid:

.22's and shotguns (12g and .410)

in the navy:

boot camp we shot .22 .45's (looks like a standard service .45 colt but it is a .22)
then i qualified on the M14 and a real .45 pistol

The first handgun I ever shot was a S&W .375 mag. Really strange starter gun.

I grew up with guns. My dad taught me all about various ones, as well as the importance of safety.

I've fired everything from a 22 rifle & pistol to a 357 magnum to various shotguns, an elephant gun, etc. etc. etc.

No matter how often I've shot guns, I still respect their power.

Just finished re-sighting in the .22
Son #2 (14) is allowed to go out target shooting with it when he wants, so long as he gets permission first ("Dad, can I go shoot the gun?" = Yes. "Dad, I'm going to go shoot the gun." = "You don't tell me you're going to do something like that - you ask for my permission. Since you didn't ask, No.")
