I have recently brought this mb and have a few problems. I'm checking to see if any body else is having the same problems.
spec mb: Epox 8kta3+ with 1333mhz athlon at 266fsb. triple boot with WIN98SE/WIN 2000 AND WINME.256 MB MICRON X2=512. AOPEN 32MB GEFORCE 256 MX VIDEO CARD. MY FIRST HD IS IBM 20GB AND SECOND WD 20 GB(both ata100). NO OVERCLOCKING AND THIRD PARTY DISK PARTITIONING SOFTWARE.
1.I tried 4x to update bios and failed to load or change with having me to reset cmos on last bios update.
2.I'm getting an unable to read drive d and now g error( note both hd are partitioned 3x each). Sys locks up and have to reboot after several clt-alt-del attempt fail. This is at random. I may go 3-5 days and no error.Removed second Hd and no error. Did the wd dx test and no error noted. Suspect IDE controller issue.Not mention tried the HD on another system with ata 100 and no problems.
Outside these two issues , the mb works great and pleased with performance.
