I've had some comments about the color choice and wanted some feedback, I assumed this would be O.K. in off-topic, if not, Mod's delete!
Here's the deal. I feel that the current color choice (black background, mixed brown/red/orange content sections) attract attention, are pleasing to the eye, and are unique. They are not the typical white background and blues of so many other sites. But being unique may not be the best way to go for an eCommerce solution. We need something that is inviting and pleasing to the eye, that is attractive still.
I believe in the current condition we have lots of people very happy with the color scheme and a fair number of people unhappy. I do not want to drive anyone away. The problem is, I am worried that going with a white background and blue or green content pieces would create a pretty blah type of site. It may not make people unhappy but we may also loose those happy and attracted. Hence this poll.
Sidenote: The splash page will be gone (negative comments on it), and there are some contextual problems (errors).
