Poll: Ear hair - not just for old men?

I noticed recently that I was starting to develop ear hair, you know, like old men usually have. I'm only 29. Anyone else have this issue? At first I started nipping it with the electric razor, but recently I started plucking it woman-style with tweezers.

Apparently there is a theory that men don't actually go bald, their hair begins a southern migration. As it thins out on top, that hair migrates to the ears, nose and back.

Yes PCAddict I'm the hairy gorilla type. I have tried plucking and trimming. The only problem is that the stupid blond hair is starting to get darker. Think twice before doing this. I'm now thinking of have the darker hair removed with electrolysis.

I get these dark colored spiky hairs growing on the little nub near the ear canal. Those are the ones I am yanking out with the tweezers. BTW, I did that a while ago and have seen no sign of their return. Usually I'd have to buzz them once a week with the razor.

THANK GOD, I am not the only one. Im 29 as well and last week I looked in the mirror and I saw this single LONG hair sticking out of the side of my head. It was long enough I could grab it with my fingers, so I pulled it out, felt like I plucked it right out of my brain. Since then I have gotten one of those nose/ear hair trimmers.

I guess it started happening at that age for me to PCAddict. There's no way to stop it, I see myself turning into my dad before my own eyes. Same bald spot is appearing too, just love it when mom and dad bring that up to me, they're the ones that caused it anyways.
