*POLL* DVD Audio-out - Coxial or Optical?

My DVD player is dying. Skips, freezes, etc. Buying a new one today. Currently, I'm using a Coaxial Digital cable for the connection from the DVD to the receiver. Thinking about moving over to an Optical connection.

Digital is digital is digital....but is there a quality difference?
