POLL: Duracell or Energizer?

Rayovac. i did a science project back in like 6th grade on batteries, and Rayovac lasted the longest in my test...so i buy them. they are cheaper too. otherwise i use Duracell

i went to ikea this week and got 6 10 packs of alkaline AA's for $1 each. Well worth the savings, methinks. 🙂

<< duracell or energizer which ever is on sale.
royalty to batteries? please
>>

do you mean loyalty? but yeah....i agree with ya i guess. the cheapest.

whichever is cheaper.

i can't keep up with both of their claims that... theirs last longer.
and that their bunny can our last others.

while we are on the topic...
what is up with this whole fascinations with bunny?

<< Well this poll is useful so far 🙂 >>

aren't all of your polls? 😀

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA... Aint that the truth my friend 😀

Generally I feel that the regular energizers last longer than the regular duracells do, but now since there are all these duracell ultras and energizer titanium or energizer max I usually buy duracell ultras for things that are higher drain and regular energizers for low drain devices.

I was just curious cause my batteries eat mp3 players like theirs no tommorow... I went through 2 batteries yesterday ALONE!

The answer is whatever rechargeable batteries are on sale...Between my cordless mouse, graphing caluclator, and digicam, I grow through batteries like crazy 🙂

lol, i just voted, and there is a 3 way tie...

anyway teh bunneh!

i like the energizer max...

stay away from the titanium stuff, not worth it...

Neither, I prefer rechargeable NiMH.

If it were a life or death decision and I HAD to choose, I'd go with Duracell since CostCo sells 'em CHEAP.

Duracell Ultra

I saw a battery lineup review once, and the duracell ultra batteries lasted way longer in an MP3 player than the others, including the energizer max and e2, and normal duracells. w00t!

definitly rechargable NiMh. I got my self 4 1800's and been rotating them, works fantastic. Saving adds up if you frequently use batteries

is there a difference? maybe they are both own by the same dude and we just don't know it. hmmmm...well, ok, maybe not.

What are you using them for? If it is a TV remote then get the cheapest thing you can find. The higher the drain a device has the better the battery you want to put in it for maximum life.

NiMH is the way to go. I got some Rayovac 1600's from Walmart with a recharger under $30. Would have gotten some 1800's from some place on the net everyone around here goes to, but I didn't feel like waiting. The 1600's work great with my Sony digital camera and MS wireless mousey.
