Only select yes if the system is "fully stable" 24/7 (games, seti, prime95, or whatever you use)

That's the problem with polls like this. People have different definitions of stable. To some, if it boots Windows, it's a good overclock. To others, if it runs regular stuff, it's stable. Others run tests, then it's stable.
Also things like how intense a program is, sure I can run Starcraft no problem. But since i don't play UT2004, it doesn't matter if it crashes when I play UT2004.
