Poll: Does the new Half Life patch make joining a game take longer?

Man, I can't even join a CS game on the first try, it'd "Initializing and Downloading" for about 2 seconds, they say "Disconnected", they also took out the "Precaching..." status too.

I think it's the counterstrike that makes it longer.

really? yeah, maybe, because I just tried TFC and it did load faster, anyone else noticing this?
