it's called a relaxer... Ive had one done many times. I gave up.. I'm destined to have curly hair. Straightening with an iron takes a lot of work too.

How long did it last for you? Is your hair about as curly as hers? (I don't know if it's just based on curliness or hair texture/thickness etc.)

How long did it last for you? Is your hair about as curly as hers? (I don't know if it's just based on curliness or hair texture/thickness etc.)
Lasted about a month, and my hair isnt as curly as hers.. mines more loose curls... not tight spirals. Id like to get that one straightening treatment that they are using now but its like upwards of $500+
