Considering what has happened this past week and the utter hatred these fundamentalists have for Americans, do you believe they would use a nuclear weapon as a way to further their ends?

if we or anyone uses a nuke, it will not go good, and it will only get worse in the long run. I feel it will spark so much and we'll all be under radiation and mushroom clouds before I even graduate college

Firstly, sorry for the mistake in my post. Secondly, Static911 is correct. I am referring to the TERRORISTS using a nuclear weapon, NOT the US. I thought that was fairly obvious.

These people are capable of anything, as was evidenced last Teusday morning. The only way to prevent these people from continuing their terror is to kill them. They don't care about anyone and they certainly aren't afraid of retaliation. If anyone believes that terrorists would not use a nuclear weapon due to the priciple of MAD is naive (no offense intended). They would be quite happy if the entire world blew up. They think they are earning their way to Allah. Anyone who would suicide bomb anything is not afraid of the fallout of a nuclear strike (no pun intended).
