*POLL* Do you think Half Life 2 will ship on 9/30?

I just read this over at http://www.planethalflife.com/half-life2/

The game is powered by Valve's new internally developed "Source" engine, and is currently scheduled for release September 30th. PlanetHalf-Life believes HL2 will miss 9/30 and possibly even slip to 2004.

Nope, they're already too late in the cycle to make it. Halo went gold a bit ago, and is due on the 30th.

I doubt it, but they did do a really good job of keeping it under wraps till E3, maybe it's gone gold and no one knows?

Gamespot is only guessing. If you tell me that Gamespot got their information from Vivendi, then I'll tell you Vivendi is only guessing.

The people at Valve are the only ones that know when the game will come out.

Saw on the Game-Netowk channel on Sky 2nite that 30th September 2003 is the release date! What a cr@p channel it is BTW... lol 🙂
