Love crawfish but I hate to work too hard to EAT my food. I'll spend all day making my food, but when it's time to eat, I want to be able to inhale it. So shelling shellfish is out of the question for me.

When the wife and I go to "all you can eat" lobster or crab specials, I'll let her get the shellfish. I'll get a burger.
You know what's good? The Crawfish Pasta at
Shell's. Just a bunch of crawfish meat tossed up in linguine with a spicy cream sauce. YUM! That's good stuff. They don't have it year round. Only when the crawfish is fresh, but when it's on the menu I could eat that three times a day (why stop there?).
