Poll: Do you share songs on Napster?

I share while I am on but I do not run it all the time. If the person is not downloading fast enough I kill the transfer at about 90%.
 
I would if I could, but I can't, so I won't.

I'm on a 33.6. I'm into sharing, but there's too many dumb fVcks out there that do not realize they should get songs from ppl with speedy connections. So sometimes I go really nice about it and explain it to them, sometimes I just cancel the transffer (Unless it's pass 50%).

I would just unshare all of my popular songs and let them grab the rare stuff I have on my drive - but I'm a lazy whore.

And when I finally do get Cable (A few months) I'll probably be a jerk about it and set myself as a 14.4.

I have my connection set to 56k so I rarely get any uploads. But I do share all the songs and when someone does download, I let it finish...unless they are downloading at like 2k/sec or something pathetic.
 
I share nothing. Not after this pay $5 bucks that is. Uploads set to zero now. I will not pay Napster for them using my bandwidth and my hard drive.
 
not too often over here, since i have a 56k modem. only once or twice has someone pulled a song off of my machine.

I can run it overnight ... not THAT many people download off of me. When I do get people downloading off of me, they're on a really slow connection. I usually leave it off but bandwidth isn't too much of a problem here.
 
i share over a thousand songs... over 10 gigs.. on my fast cable connection... about 1/2 mile away from mediaone in an elderly neighborhood... lets just say im very well liked and i leave it on almost 24/7 .... it def needs an "im away feature though" for the personal messages
 
I turn it on in the morning and share all day. Use up my bandwidth while I'm not home, what do I care?

I'm also honest enough to list myself as cable.

I did at one time have over 100 full albums (all rap) and left the computer on 24/7 for people to feed off me. Then I got the power-bill... That all changed soon after. 🙂
 
I used to share all 200 albums on the DeathMetal server, mainly because I knew everyone in the Metal channel...
 
I share my songs. But only while I'm downloading. If someone is in the middle of "borrowing" one of my songs, I'll wait till they're done downloading it.
