Poll: Do you "remove the tags?"

I'll admit it, I leave the stickers/screen protectors/other crap that comes pre-stuck on new gadgets. Eventually, they fall off like a scab from a circumcised penis. Is that dumb?
 
i leave them on because i saw on tv where they locked these sheep up for ripping off the tag
 
Rip them off and save them somewhere.

I have two lifetime warranties for Jansport backpacks. 🙂
 
My parents never take the protective film off of appliances (like on the shiny parts that they don't want to get scratched in the store). Drives me nuts. I take them off when I go visit. I've found and removed it from their sofa (it was a couple years old when I noticed it), microwave, stove hood vent, and washing machine. I just took the last one off on saturday. They never noticed that the new washer went from yellow to white around the control knobs. Nor did they notice the sofa trim went from blue to shiny silver.

Lol, my folks are the same way. I'm like you, as well - it drives me nuts.

I usually remove them unless it's not worth the effort to remove it.

Nice analogy, though. :thumbsup: 😉
 
a few years back, i remove the tags right away, but keep them. i have no idea why or what my plan was for them.
