I'm 26 and print. It is a more quickly written hybrid of printing with the all-capitals I picked up from 3 years of drafting classes...

When you say handwrite, are you talking about cursive? Because last time I checked, printing and handwriting were the same thing...

Print mainly. I assume by 'handwrite' you mean cursive or script, right? Unless its my signature, I rarely use script. Its too sloppy and difficult to read.

When writing papers and such, I write it by hand first, then type it in later. This usually lets me catch a lot of the errors I made in the hand written draft.

Edit - I'll be 22 tomorrow.

if it's formal, i write it. if it's just a quick note to the wife or something scrawled out while working on computers etc, i print.

I stoped writing cursive as soon as they let me get away with it in school. I'm mid-30's

I remember my third grade teacher saying "They're going to MAKE you write in cursive in high school and college" as justification for why we were learning it. I've never once been forced to turn in anything in cursive.

I think he ment it more for keeping up with notes, but most of my teachers print as well, and I print faster than the handwriting teachers.

I'll have to show him this thread :D

24. Hybrid of print/cursive. I use print at work if I know someone else has to read it.

I don't use cursive except for my signature. I've not used it since maybe 3rd grade or so. Don't even remember how for the most part.

I type anything large.
