Of course.

A good library is one of the greatest accomplishments of humanity. A lot is made of the internet, but really, read many good books here? Not a fraction of what you find in paper.

I got a new one when I did touch screen voting there a couple weeks back. I had moved away for two years and came back, those bastards still had my old account and made me pay my $10 in late fees :(

yep, don't use it as often. I prefer to check out books from school with ID cards instead of the public library though.

Yup...

Library card for my township and my school id doubled as a library card.

Libraries have the best search engines when it comes to researching a paper.

They have access to a lot of published work that can't be had via the net directly.

Yep, two of them. One for the small library in my town, and a second to the large county library.

I haven't checked out a book in a few years. I usually find it easier to either Google the information I need, or buy the book used online.

Public Libary? No.

My School ID lets me get books from the school libary though.

I voted no.

Yep. I recently have been borrowing audio books - great for listening to while driving and a great way of "reading" a book when it becomes harder to find time just to sit down and relax with a book.

Edit: Sorry for the triple posts.

Four.

One for my hometown, one for my college town, one for the town I live in now, and one for my college library. I've always had a library card before I bothered to get a movie rental account, and right now, I don't have an account to rent videos anywhere. At the library two or three times a week though.

Won't that make it normal size though? Using scales a microscopic town that has a microscopic library will be equal to a normal town with a normal library...
