They both fall under what's known as antisocial personality disorder, which I think is rather confusing terminology, because most people would (apparently incorrectly) use the word "antisocial" to describe recluses and shut-ins, when, as ShawnD1 pointed out above, true antisocial types are anything but. Most of them are actually highly skilled at being social butterflies.

I've found the Hare Psychopathy Checklist to be a great quick-reference guide for the symptoms to be on the lookout for.

I have two facebook accounts. One is professional, and the other is for posting whatever I want.

Have one, hate it, hardly use it. The only thing I use it for is communicating with friends abroad or people who don't really communicate other ways.

I hate most social media. Twitter is ok for following a lot of people but I don't actually write anything on my stream. Meh.
