Before they hit it big, I REALLY Liked them----and that's when I used to think they were a "Christain" rock band, and not a "Religioius" Rock band.

THen when everyone else started liking them, I quit liking them. Now, they're just a big corporate band, just like Bootie and the Ho-Fish after their first album. I get a kick when they tried to say that Weathered is their "Joshua Tree". Um, yah. Your 3rd version of your first album is as good as one of the top at least 20 if I remember, but I think it was in the top 10 albums of all time.

Sorta like my wife with Cold Play. She's been listening to them for a long time, and is pissed now that everyone else (ie, the radio) is playing the hell out of them.

Evanescence will not go this way as long as they are true to themselves. Creed just jumped on the bandwagon to win over the "pop" crowd.
