I do. It takes me usually 1 hour to fall asleep no matter what time a try to go to bed...... sometimes longer if I try to go to sleep earlier. (this is with having to wake up @6:00 for a zero-hour psych class :( )

For years I've been able to fall asleep when my head hits the pillow. But a couple of times over the past couple weeks I've laid there for hours before falling asleep. It really sucks.

Most of the time I can fall asleep right away, sometimes it takes a couple of hours.

No problems here, unless it's too hot in the room. Then I have trouble sleeping, period.

No trouble falling asleep. I usually meditate 10-15 minutes before going to bed so that no thoughts are troubling me.

Oh, and where's the poll? ;)

Sleep? What's that? Usually go to bed at 1:00, 3:00 if I have a lot of work. Wake up at 5:00 to get to work at 6:00. Going on 4 hours a day, not too healthy because my blood pressure is shot and my stomach can't handle the junk food like it used to but I'm surviving.

I always have trouble fallin asleep. I toss and turn for at least an hour. And, if it's hot in the room, forget about it!!

I don't know.. the lines between dreamland and reality are blurring.. I dream about computer hardware.. sad sad life I live.. If I hit the sack at five.. I'm good.. if I hit the sack anytime earlier.. It takes a bit.. but yeah... HEAT .. is a big anti sleep causer.. it's gotta be nice and cool ... I've installed fans on my ears, one in one out, to keep the 5 gig SMP processor nice and coooooool, and my skull is made out of highly thermodynamic aluminum/copper alloy.
