i think it got more to do with what mode i am in, sometimes i am not sweating even if its 90, and sometimes i am sweating non-stop even if its 50

I don't sweat a horrible amount but I usually work up a good stench by 7:00 or so in the evening even with the morning shower and everything. I usually change shirts and either take another shower or do some major deoderant.

There is surgery available for overly sweaty palms...
>>

I suffer from hyperhidrosis. I had surgery in 1999 to correct it. The surgery actually increased the problem. I had surgery in 2000 to reverse the original. I still sweat like crazy.

The surgery is called a bilateral thoracic sympathectomy. They go in and clamp off nerves in your back. When they do this, your hands completely dry out, you cannot sweat above your arms, and your feet have a 50/50 chance of drying out.

When I had the surgery, I stopped sweating above my arms and my hands dried up to the point where I MUST use hand lotion all the time. Unfortunately, I suffer from the worst side effect, compensatory sweating. I was sweating really bad on back, chest, stomach, and legs. It was so bad that I had to have the surgery reversed. I went back and had the reversal. I am now stuck in between sweating phases. My hands are dry most of the time and I sweat on my chest and back still. It is not bad, but it is not good.

Overactive sweat glands are a curse...

Depends what your definition of overactive sweat glands are. It's been noticed by others that I sweat alot at times, though. If I'm not doing anything of course I'm not going to sweat, but I seem to sweat easier and more than others. Like it just feels like it's hot and I start sweating, but others are just like "damn it's hot and icky" and they don't sweat really. Maybe they do but they don't sweat to the same extent.. like I'll get nasty pit stains or back stains sometimes, which is a piss-off. Sometimes it's worse than other times, but generally I think I sweat too much. I dont' know why .. I'm not overweight, I should actually gain some weight ..

the only thing I can think of is my heart. for some reason it ain't in good shape, although I get more exercise than your average american. I can't run for long compared to other people (out of breath faster?), and i took one of those quick heart rate tests where you just hold on to something, and it was surprisingly high .. I'm not sure how it's possible or if the thing malfunctioned, but my friend who was with me got a good rate. So that's kind of scary..

anyway, that does it for me.

Yeah I sweat a lot. When I went to the gym with my friend he was like dude you are sweating already. Of course I was working with twice the weight he was. Oh yeah I always wear undershirts because otherwise you'll see spots on my armpits . Also in this summer heat when I drive in my car for extended periods of time I build up sweat on my back. And when I went to see A.I. this weekend they didn't have AC (it was broken :|) and I could tell I was sweating some just sitting there. I felt uncomfortable when others felt it was fine.

I do. And I hate it. Hell, I'm sweating as I type this. I can't even shake hands with other people cause its so embarassing. I hope Someday I can get that surgery done with success. :(
