Ditto, same for me.

have you update webcam driver?

Everything is completely up to date. Creative hasn't done anything to fix the problem, and I doubt there's a lot they can do about it anyways.

Do I have a webcam? Maybe. My digital camera supposedly has a PC Cam mode. I'e never tried it but I think I will try it sometime; I'm curious to see whether/how it works.

Edit: Well, by golly, I've got it. I just looked in my camera manual, set it to PC Cam mode, connected it to my computer and, voila, saw my mug right there in a little screen in NetMeeting's user panel. I mention NetMeeting because a friend who has used it recently helped me set it up and use it to communicate with him.

I don't know what other software I might have now that will display the image from this. And, I obviously need to get an AC adapter for my camera if I'm going to do much of this.

Oh I don't know about that cuz I never had a problem even though I am happy with Creative Live Pro but i always wanted to have Creative Live Motion.

Have you tried raising the exposure levels above 12-15 (I forget at what point the framerate begins to drop off)? The framerate bottoms out for me at 5 FPS when the exposure level is about 20.

For all I know, the problem is simply that my system isn't up to dealing with the loads that higher exposure levels take, but it seems unlikely that a 1.73 GHz Pentium M would have many problems.

Sorry I was gone on vacation. I don't know about exposure levels but I leave it at default setting though.
