Ive been offered another job that would mean a move across town, a promotion etc, but I would have to work in a cubicle farm at a state agency.

I plan on working from home a lot more starting next year. I will still go to office for stupid meetings but majority of work will be done from home.
I swear this is the first time I am seeing this much freedom being given to developer/project leader(I lead a team of me & myself).
